How to open an account?
Follow these steps to open account :
- Access our online account opening form at here
- Fill in the account registration form
- Log in to Customer Portal by using Login ID and password received via email from Hirose
- Activate your trading account by completing:
・Updating residential address, trade experience, employment status
・Uploading 2 documents: Identification documents (ID card – both sides OR Driver’s licence – both side OR Passport – page 2 and 3) and Proof of residential address (Bank statement OR Utility bills) - Your application will be reviewed by us, and this normally takes 1-2 business day.
