How to Make a Withdrawal via Credit Card/ Debit Card
Minimum Withdrawal Amount: 20 USD
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same VISA credit or debit card used for your deposit.
The cardholder’s name must match the name registered with your trading account.
Withdrawals cannot exceed the total deposit amount made by the same card.
If you wish to withdraw more than the deposited amount, the remaining balance must be withdrawn using another available method (such as Bank Transfer, STICPAY, Uniwire, or USDT).
Third-party withdrawals are not accepted.
Once the withdrawal request is approved, the funds will be reflected in your card account within one business day.
The actual reflection time may vary depending on your card-issuing bank’s processing time.
Hirose does not charge additional withdrawal fees; however, your bank may apply its own handling or conversion fees.
Step1: Log in to Client Portal
From the left-hand menu, click [Requests], then select [Withdraw].
- Once submitted, your withdrawal request will be processed accordingly.
- If you do not receive a confirmation within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
- You can check the result of your withdrawal from the [Transactions] section. A notification will also be sent to your registered email address.
