Why I cannot withdraw?

There are several possibilities when a withdrawal request cannot be made. Please check the following reasons.

1. The withdrawal amount must be within the balance.
   (After submitting your withdrawal request, you may make a transaction and your balance may be less than the minimum withdrawal amount. Please check that your account balance is not less than the minimum withdrawal amount requirement.)
2. Withdrawal amount must be at least 20 USD (for VISA Credit/Debit Card method) or 50 USD (for International Bank Transfer method).
