1. Who can become a Provider?
Any trader with a Hirose trading account and trading experiences can apply to become a Provider through the Social Trading system.

2. Can I have multiple Copy Trading accounts?
Yes, you can create multiple Copy Trading accounts. However, please note that each customer can open up to three accounts in total, including Standard, Copy, or Cent accounts.

4. Can I delete my Provider’s profile?
No. Currently, you are not able to delete your Provider Profile. However, you can Archive it by access to Provider’s Profile page, click the Actions button then click Archive.

Yes. You can create multiple Offers with different settings, strategies, or fee structures, so followers can choose the one that suits them best.

Once created, your Offer will appear in the Offers section of your Provider Profile.
If it is Public, followers can find it directly on the platform when choosing Provider to follow.

Yes, you can modify most general settings (like title or notes) even if you have active followers.
However, changes to key conditions (such as fees or limits) is not possible if there are existing subscriptions.

The performance fee is automatically calculated by the system, so the chance of an error is very low.

Yes, followers can stop copying your Offer anytime via their Social Trading dashboard.
