How to Set Up Sound Alerts in MT5
MT5 has a feature that notifies you with sound alerts when certain actions occur, such as server connection, order execution, email reception, or news updates.
You can freely enable or disable this feature as needed.

How to Enable or Disable Sound Alerts
Click “Options” from “Tools” in the top menu of MT5.

The Options window will appear, so click the “Events” tab.
Check the box for “Enable sound alerts” within the Events tab, then click “OK” at the bottom of the window to activate sound alerts.

Conversely, if you uncheck “Enable sound alerts” and click “OK”, the sound alerts will be disabled.
If you do not need any sound alerts, it is recommended to disable them.

If you want to enable or disable sound alerts for each action individually, keep the “Enable sound alerts” box checked, then double-click the event name you want to change, or click the bell icon to its left.

If the bell icon changes to a red mark, it indicates that the sound alert has been disabled.
Click “OK” at the end to confirm the change.

When the bell icon returns to its original state, it means the sound alert is enabled.

How to change the sound of audio alerts
If you want to change the sound of audio alerts individually, make sure the “Enable sound alerts” box in the Event tab is checked, then double-click the sound file name in the Action column on the right side of the event list.

If you select “Other” from the dropdown menu, you can use your own sound file.
Select the desired sound file name from the dropdown menu and click “OK” to apply the new sound.
