A chart shows price changes over time. You can apply various built-in indicators to a chart to analyze the market. To switch to this tab, use the menu at the bottom of the MetaTrader 5 app.

MT5 on Android primarily operates through five menus located at the bottom of the screen.
Here, we provide an overview of what actions can be performed on each screen.

A user can perform the following manipulations on charts:

• Scrolling: to scroll across a chart, drag your finger left or right.
• Scaling: to zoom in, place two fingers together on the area of the chart you want to zoom in on and then drag your fingers apart. To zoom out, place two fingers apart on the screen and drag them towards each other.
• Full-screen mode: the full-screen mode is automatically enabled when you rotate your device to landscape view. You can also switch between the full-screen and normal mode by tapping on the chart.
• Indicators – to start working with indicators on a chart, tap button on the top panel or in the radial menu.

The radial menu is opened by a tap on the chart. Using the menu you can:

• Change the timeframe
• Attach indicators to a chart
• Apply objects to a chart
• Enable crosshairs
• Open chart settings

Each chart is provided with a separate radial menu, which allows accessing the settings of the chart.

‘Quotes’ Screen
Displays a price list for each symbol.
From this screen, you can navigate to the order screen.

‘Chart’ Screen
Displays charts.
While viewing the charts, you can make one-click orders or modify existing orders.

‘Trade’ Screen
Check the current account status, existing positions, and pending limit and stop orders.
Modifications and settlements of positions, as well as changes and cancellations of orders, are primarily done

‘History’ Screen
This is the screen to check your trading history.
Display your trading history using three different methods: ‘Positions’, ‘Orders’, and ‘Deals’.

‘Messages’ Screen
Check notifications from the desktop version of MT5 and messages from MetaQuotes.
