Deposit Policy

• Hirose does not accept third-party deposits.
• All deposits must come from a bank account with the same name as your Hirose trading account.
• If a third-party deposit is received, the funds will be returned to the original sender, and all related fees will be borne by the customer.
• Deposits made in IDR will be automatically converted to USD and credited to your trading account.
• Hirose does not charge any deposit fees, but your bank may apply additional charges.
• Please check directly with your bank for fee details.
• You may be asked to provide a bank statement during processing.
• Keep your bank statement until the funds are fully credited to your account balance.

Step1
Login to Client Portal

Step 2
From the left-hand menu, click [Fund Account], or click the [Deposit] button located below your balance.

Step 3
On the right side, under [Available Payment Options], select [Payment Asia IDR].

Step 4
Select your trading account,Enter your deposit amount and fill in any other required fields, then click [Deposit Funds].

If you are using a Cent Account, please enter the deposit amount in cent units.
For example:
Standard Account: $30
Cent Account: ¢3,000

Step 5
The deposit amount in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) — converted automatically from USD — will be displayed.
Please review the amount carefully, and if everything is correct, click [PAY NOW].

Step 6
Please select your preferred deposit method from the available payment options displayed.

Step 7
Follow the instructions shown for your selected payment method to complete the transfer.
After the payment is completed, click [Saya sudah membayar]

You can check the result of your deposit from the [Transactions] section.
