1. Overview

Automatic Generation

Commissions are generated when a referred client’s position is closed and are reflected in the IB Outstanding Balance in about 24 hours.

Per-Instrument Rates

Calculated on a round-turn basis. The standard per-lot rate varies by trading instrument.

Flexible Coverage

Additional symbols can be added upon request. Please also refer to the “Markets” page.

3. Multi-Tier Structure (Up to 3 Levels)

The IB receives 100% of commissions generated from directly referred clients.

4. Calculation & Payment Timing

  • ・Generation: Commissions are generated when the client’s position is closed.
  • ・Reflection: Reflected in the IB Portal’s Outstanding Balance within approximately 24 hours.
  • ・Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amount: 20 USD.
  • ・Adjustment: The Company may correct or adjust calculations without prior notice in the event of system errors or anomalie

5. Prohibited Conduct/Commission Exclusions/ Termination

[1] Self-Trading & Fictitious Accounts

Referring and trading through one’s own account; using fictitious or third-party names; circular trading between multiple accounts (rebate farming).

[2] Fraudulent Trading Activities

Abusive scalping or arbitrage exploiting timing/spread irregularities; trading on abnormal prices or technical errors; front-running or latency arbitrage; hedging/mirror trading across servers leading to risk-free trades; cross-broker arbitrage; activity conducted primarily to generate commissions.

[3] System & Registration Misuse

Unauthorized access or account sharing; multiple IB accounts to bypass limits or duplicate registrations; forged documents or fake referral links; unauthorized manipulation of Company systems (API, Portal, CRM); illicit use of other IBs’ referral links/rights.

[4] Improper Promotion or Marketing

Misleading advertising or social-media posts without prior approval; deceptive claims such as “guaranteed profit” or “no loss”; misrepresentation of licenses or corporate identity; statements damaging the Company or other IBs; spam, pyramid schemes, or coercive referral/revenue-sharing demands.

[5] Other Violations or Improper Conduct

Any act causing damage or undue risk to the Company or its systems; repeated violations of rules or instructions; false information in audits; breaches of financial-regulatory or compliance requirements; any other act reasonably deemed fraudulent or improper. In malicious or repeated cases, re-registration may be permanently denied.
