Withdrawal process

Withdrawal conditions at Hirose

1. Minimum withdrawal amount is $20.

2. According to Hirose’s withdrawal regulations, you can only withdraw money to the bank account you have registered with Hirose.

3. We do not accept withdrawal requests from third parties such as family and relatives.

Withdrawal Process at Hirose

The withdrawal process at Hirose is very simple. We will guide you through the withdrawal process.

※ At Hirose, we process withdrawal requests every day, from Monday to Friday (including holidays) .

※ Withdrawal requests after 01:00 GMT Friday or on weekends
will be processed by us before 09:00 GMT on Monday of the next business week (Vietnam time).

Instructions for withdrawal request

Step 1　Login to Customer Portal

For log in to your account, click this button

For first-time withdrawal, please register a bank account information according to Step 2. From the second withdrawal onwards, kindly continue from Step 3

Step 2Register bank account information. Only required for VND Internet Banking / Indonesia Local Bank

Step 3　Access WITHDRAWAL

Step 4　Input and reconfirm the requested withdrawal amount

Once your withdrawal request has been processed, we will send you an email to notify you of your withdrawal request acceptance.

We will also notify you via email once your withdrawal is complete.
