Withdrawal Conditions:
- You will withdraw funds using the same method you used when making your deposit.
- You cannot withdraw funds on behalf of a third party such as a family member or acquaintance.
- If the base currency on your trading account differs from the currency you are requesting to be withdrawn, you will also be liable for any conversion fee.
- Hirose does not charge additional fees for withdrawals. However, you should be aware that additional fees may occur at some banking institutions. Hirose is not responsible for any additional bank charges. Fees will vary by country and bank, so please check directly with your bank.
- If you deposit via VND Internet Banking/Momo/Zalopay/VietQR, we only offer withdrawal via VND Internet Banking and the number of banks you can withdraw from will be limited. Please refer to the list below for more details.
VND Internet Banking Withdrawal Process Time
Withdrawal requests are processed Monday – Friday (including holidays)

Transactions outside of the immediate processing time will be handled starting at 7:00 AM the next business day.
At our company, withdrawals to local banks in Vietnam are processed within as little as 10 minutes.
Afterward, the withdrawal request is sent to your bank, and the funds will be reflected in your bank account depending on your bank’s processing time.
Please note that although it’s instantly processed on our side, your withdrawal requests may take some time to be processed on the payment system provider’s side.
Instructions for withdrawal via Vietnam Internet Banking
For the first-time withdrawal, you need to Register your bank information and Fill out the withdrawal form
From the second withdrawal onwards, only need to Fill out the withdrawal form
01Register your bank information
Step 1: Login to Customer Portal
Click the above button to login to Customer Portal
① Enter your MetaTrader 4 Login ID and Password
② Click Sign In
Step 2: Click Bank Information
Step 3: Fill out your bank information
② Select the name of your bank.
③ Enter the name of your bank branch.
④ Enter the name of the recepient.
Note: The recepient’s name must match the name on your Hirose Trading account.
⑤ Enter the number of your bank account
⑥ Upload a copy of your bank statement issued within the last 6 months.
Note: The bank statement must clearly show the following:
- – Bank name
- – Bank branch name
- – Bank account number
- – Account holder’s name
If you don’t have bank statements, we also accept screenshots showing customer bank information from mobile banking and internet banking.
⑦ Click Submit
Step 4: Review the entered bank information and click Confirm
02Fill out the withdrawal form
Step 1: Login to Customer Portal
Click the above button to login to Customer Portal
① Enter your MetaTrader 4 Login ID and Password
② Click Sign In
Step 2: At Payment ➤ Withdrawal ➤ MT4 account information, click Request
Step 3: Fill out the withdrawal form
① Enter the withdrawal amount
Minimum withdrawal amount: $20
② Click Submit
Step 4: Review withdrawal request information, and click Confirm
