How to Make Deposit Using USDT
(Uniwire)

USDT Deposit Guidelines (via Uniwire)
1 Confirm the Wallet Address
Always use the unique wallet address (or QR code) displayed in your Client Portal for each deposit.
Do not reuse any address from previous transactions – addresses may differ per deposit.
2 Check the Network
Make sure to use the correct network shown on the screen (e.g., TRC20 or ERC20).
Sending USDT via the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
Only supported networks by Uniwire should be used.
3 Minimum Deposit
Deposits below the minimum amount will not be credited.
Example: Deposits under 20 USD equivalent will not be processed.
Please account for transaction fees to ensure the net received amount meets or exceeds the minimum.
4 Sender Wallet (Must Be Under Your Name)
Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Only send funds from a wallet or exchange account registered under your own name.
If a third-party transaction is detected, the funds will be refunded to the sender, and all related costs will be borne by the customer.
5 Processing Time
Depending on blockchain congestion, deposits may take 5-30 minutes to appear.
You can check the status under “Transactions” in your Client Portal.
Do not resend while the status remains “Pending.”
6 USDT → USD Conversion
Deposits made in USDT will be automatically converted to USD and credited to your trading account.
The conversion rate is based on the Uniwire rate at the time of settlement.
7 If the Deposit Is Delayed
If your deposit is not reflected after 30 minutes, please contact support and provide the following:
- Trading Account Number
- Deposit Date and Time
- Deposit Amount
- Transaction ID (TXID)
- Screenshot of the transfer confirmation
