Recommended trading time
The Forex market is divided into 4 main trading sessions:
Pacific (Sydney), Asia (Tokyo), Europe (London) and America (New York).
During periods when trading sessions of different regions overlap,
because more people will be trading, trading volume is higher.
During these periods, market price movements are more active and it is easier to grasp market trends.
Especially, The highest intraday trading volume occurs during the overlap between the European and American trading sessions.
There will especially be many trading opportunities during the time period of 13:00 to 17:00 GMT.
You should trade the two currency pairs, EUR/JPY and USD/JPY as these are the two most traded currency pairs in the world.
Recommended time to trade is from 13:00 to 17:00 GMT on weekdays.
Trading times to avoid
During the following periods, market liquidity is typically low, leading to minimal price fluctuations or high risks of sudden price spikes or drops.
If you do not manage your trades closely, you could quickly lose your capital. Therefore, we do not recommend trading during these periods.
・Before 07:00 GMT on Monday (when European and American trading sessions have not opened yet).
・After 17:00 GMT on Friday (when European trading sessions have ended).
